The study aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment of department heads in the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Mafraq Governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from the point of view of those working with them, and to identify whether there are differences in the average responses of the sample members due to gender, academic qualification and years of experience. The sample of the study consisted of (235) workers in the Education Directorate of Qasbah Al Mafraq. A descriptive survey approach was used, and the information was collected through a questionnaire after making sure of its validity and reliability. The results showed that the level of organizational commitment of department heads from the point of view of their employees was moderate. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the individual sample responses due to variables: gender, academic qualification, and experience. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity of reconsidering the moral and material incentives provided to workers. (Published abstract)
