The study aimed to determine the most important training needs of new faculty members in the faculties of education at Al-Azhar University from their point of view in light of the requirements of digital transformation. The most prominent of them are in the field of technical needs, and the least are in the field of community service and environmental development. The study also confirmed that the skills most in need of training from the point of view of the faculty members were the preparation of digital content in accordance with educational conditions and controls, the ethics of scientific research and its basic skills, scientific productivity and the factors affecting it and how Measure it, owning appropriate teaching and assessment strategies to deal with the digital age, patterns of interaction and communication in the digital education environment, developing creativity and innovation among learners. The study reached its conclusion. The researcher presented a set of recommendations that it is hoped will help decision-makers at Al-Azhar University to develop a decision training module that meet the actual needs of new faculty members.
