The research problem was represented in the following main question: What is the proposed vision to face the problems of applying transparency in university education institutions in Egypt? The current research used the "descriptive approach”. This research aims to identify the most important features of the proposed vision to confront the problems of applying transparency in university education institutions in Egypt. Research results: 1) achieving a procedural definition of transparency. 2) Develop a proposed vision to face the problems of applying transparency to university education institutions in Egypt, through: a) Mechanisms for confronting the problems of applying transparency towards academic corruption in university education institutions. b) Mechanisms for facing the problems of applying transparency towards the administrative and supervisory authorities in university education institutions. c) Mechanisms for facing the problems of applying transparency towards the academic community in university education institutions. d) Mechanisms for facing the problems of applying transparency towards civil society in university education institutions.
