This study aimed to identify The Degree of Practice Secondary school administrators of Strategic Entrepreneurship and its relation to the organizational trust of teachers in Mafraq Governorate. The study was based on the descriptive and analytical approach using a questionnaire to collect data from the sample members. The study population consisted of all the members of the population of the study, teachers in secondary schools in the governorate of Mafraq, who numbered (3431) teachers, the sample of the study consisted of (310) teachers. And the sample was chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the degree of high school principals ’practice of strategic leadership in the governorate of Mafraq came with an intermediate overall degree for all fields. The field of strategic leadership came first, followed by the field of entrepreneurship, and the field of entrepreneurial mentality came in last place. The results also showed that the level The organizational confidence of male and female teachers in secondary schools in Mafraq governorate came with an average college degree and for all fields, where the field of trust in organizational values came first, followed by the area of trust in policies and legislation, and the field of trust in creativity and participation in decision-making came in the last place. There are statistically significant differences in the average answers of the sample members due to the variables of sex, academic qualification, and years of experience. (Author’s abstract)
