الدافعية للإنجاز لدى مديري مؤسسات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وعلاقتها بتوكيد الذات لديهم
The study aimed to identify the level of achievement motivation among managers of institutions of persons with disabilities and its relationship to self-affirmation, the researcher used the relational descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of all the managers of institutions for persons with disabilities in the governorates of Irbid and Mafraq, who numbered (70) institutions according to the directory of institutions for persons with disabilities. Issued by the Supreme Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the sample of the study consisted of (30) directors of institutions of persons with disabilities in Jordan, and the study tools consisted of the motivation measure for achievement, which consisted of (26) paragraphs, and the measure of self-affirmation consisting of (29) paragraphs. The validity and reliability of the tools were confirmed, and the results showed that the level of motivation for achievement and self-assertion among the members of the study sample was of an average degree, and that there were no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation due to variables (the status of the institution, academic qualification, and years of experience) and to the presence of significant differences statistical self-affirmation attributed to the variable of the institution’s characteristic in favor of the volunteer, and the absence of statistically significant differences in self-assertion due to the variable of years of experience and scientific qualification, and the absence of a statistically significant relationship between Achievement motivation and self-affirmation among managers of institutions of persons with disabilities, and the study recommended the necessity of designing programs that contribute to increasing the motivation for achievement of managers of institutions of persons with disabilities.
