The study aimed to know the degree of practice middle school principals in Kuwait of the learning organization strategies, from the teachers' point of view, and the differences in it according to variables sex, years of experience and educational qualification. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (282) male and female teachers chosen from Al-Ahmadi educational areas. A questionnaire consisting of (35) items was distributed in seven dimensions, and its validity and reliability in the Kuwait environment were verified. The results showed that the degree of practice middle school principals in Kuwait of the learning organization strategies from the point of view of the study sample members was of a moderate degree, and that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of practice middle school principals in Kuwait of the learning organization strategies from the individual point of view of the study sample due to the years of experience variable in favor of (10 years or more), in When no differences were attributed to the variables sex and educational qualification. In light of the results, the researcher recommended that the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education adopt a developmental training program to encourage middle school principals to practice the strategies of the educated school.
