School Theater is the most appropriate artistic forms to communicate with the student, and expressing his own world through imitation, and simulation. Where the student is already a child tends to integrate and interact with his peers just as the actor merges with the cast members, There are also other common elements such as imagination and amazement; therefore, school theater is one of the means Educational that contribute to shaping the student’s personality from deferent ways like social, psychological, linguistic and physical aspects, because it carries a set of ethical values through acting characters on the stage, which makes it an important way to build the student’s personality. Therefore, the research problem was determined by asking the following question: What are the ethical values contained in the theatrical performances presented to primary school students? The importance of the research was also depend on the importance of school theater activity for primary school students, Because it broadcasts the values, behaviors and good morals among students, as well as its role in simplifying some school subjects. The research sample consisted of choosing an intentional sample consisting of two theatrical performances that are consistent with the research objectives. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the content analysis tool was used to extract moral values from the plays. They applied in Cairo governorate. A proposed conception has also been developed to show the way of taking advantage of school theater to spread ethical values to students by using the modern technological tools of audio, visual and kinetic effects to achieve student pleasure and attract his attention, and to apply some modern educational theories such as: learning by playing, and role-acting to deliver the information and moral values to students, With the need from the regulations to allow freedom and independence to theater specialists in writing and directing theatrical performances, and from the school administration to encourage and support the school theater, to make everyone feels its importance through meetings and seminars. Also establishing units or training centers to train the theater specialists to raise his performance level. (Published abstract)
