The present research aimed to effectiveness of a program based on a strategy of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to develop self- care skills with autistic children and continuity of the effectiveness of a program after a period of its application. The sample consisted of (10) children with autism, whose ages range between (4-6) years. For this purpose, the researcher used car’s scale for autism severity, Stanford Binet IQ test fifth picture self- care skills scale for autistic children (prepared by the researcher) and program based on a strategy of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to develop self- care skills with autistic children (prepared by the researcher). The results of the research effectiveness of a strategy of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to develop self- care skills with autistic children. (Published abstract)
