متطلبات تطبيق بحوث الفعل في التعليم الجامعي كلية التربية أنموذجا
The aim of the study was to identify the requirements for applying action research in the faculties of education at Egyptian universities and to determine the extent to which these requirements vary according to different variables: gender of faculty member, scientific degree, university and specialization; and to develop recommendations and proposals that could contribute to do action research by teaching staff. The study used the descriptive approach to deal with its subject matter, using the questionnaire to collect field study data. The questionnaire included 48 phrases and was applied to a sample of 381 faculty members in the faculties of education at Egyptian universities In its findings, the study found that one of the most important requirements for action research by university faculty members is: having the ability to employ higher-level thinking skills, having the ability to understand the relationship between the phenomenon and its context, and its components, having the ability to organize and contribute in conferences and seminars, and providing professional freedom to a faculty member. One of the main recommendations of the study is that teaching staff should be encouraged to practice and do action research. (Published abstract)
