This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the soft skills by government secondary school principals in the Northern Hebron Directorate of Education and its relationship to the organizational commitment of their teachers. It also aimed at knowing the impact of each of the variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience) on the degree of practicing soft skills and the level of organizational commitment of teachers. The study was conducted on a random stratified sample. The researchers used the soft skills and the organizational commitment questionnaires. The study showed that the degree of soft skills practice was medium, and the level of organizational commitment was high with a statistically significant positive correlational relationship between the practice of soft skills and the level of organizational commitment. There are statistically significant differences in the subjects’ estimations for the degree of soft skill practice that can be attributed to the gender variable in favor of females while there are no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the academic qualification and years of experience variables. There are no statistically significant differences in the subjects’ estimations for the degree of the organizational commitment due to gender, qualification and years of experience variables.
