The aim of the current research is to shed light on the role of field education in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in the service of the community of kindergartens in Minia Governorate in view of the vision of education 2030, presenting the reality of field education at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in the service of the kindergarten community. To propose a vision for the future development of the field education in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in the service of a society in the light of the vision of education 2030 and the consequent changes in the education system in kindergartens. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to identify and identify the problem by analyzing the plans and statistics of the field education in the college. Based on the results of previous researches and studies, and finding the compatibility of this reality with the vision of education 2030, this was done within the framework of case study. The study deals with the role of field education in the Faculty of Early Childhood Education in the service of the kindergarten community in the governorate without other faculties of the university. The results of the research are as follows: The College of Education for Early Childhood seeks to complete its basic components to be able to play a distinguished role in the service of society in the field of early childhood. The existence of many elements of field education in the field training program at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, But lacks some elements to train the student to do its role in the service of the community, the large number of female students teachers in most of the cooperating kindergartens without the distribution of specific tasks enable them to serve the community during field training. The remains of the evaluation objectively. The lack of awareness among female students about their roles and the importance of integrating these roles and not limited to teaching and the preparation of educational means. The gap between the theory and the application in the utilization of courses in the service of the community. The lack of knowledge of the changes in the kindergarten system in the light of the vision of education 2030. The need for a time-bound procedural plan to carry out targeted activities to serve the community during field training, the need to put forward ideas and various tools to guide students in the service of the kindergarten community. The project aims to instill values and social responsibility among the students and include them in their courses. To raise the awareness of students about urgent social issues such as health, population, development, environment, citizenship, globalization and discrimination. To provide students with the skills of the twenty-first century, to introduce students to practical applications to serve the community, research sources that allow to identify the problems of the community and ways to participate in solving them, motivate students of field education to participate in community service Put part of the performance assessment of students. The college adopts the idea of service research projects, educating the local community about kindergartens so that the student can perform the role of his service. The field of community service is not limited to mere literacy programs. Rather, it offers a range of effective alternatives. The student chooses what can be done efficiently. To encourage the innovation in providing community services in field education, train female students to use the new curricula and prepare the training of students to show their opinions courageously and respect the other opinion, and the ability to persuade and participate in effective dialogues, urging female teachers to participate in various social events and provide special events that highlight their role and their commitment to communication and positive participation.
