The purpose of the study is to provide the interested in the field of educational training to highlight the areas, and to drop the results of this study in the field of educational supervision through the teachers of higher and secondary studies in higher education based on the results in the development of the supervision system. The study used the descriptive method that describes the problem accurately, analyzes, compares, and evaluates. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to English language supervisors and teachers to supervise teaching. The study was defined by the following limits: 1) Objective Boundaries: Creative supervision skills in their specialization in teaching English to non-native speakers. 2) Spatial boundaries: The questionnaire was applied to English language supervisors and English language teachers at the basic education schools in some administrations (Giza governorate). 3) Time Limits: The study was presented during the academic year 2017/2018. The study population consisted of 120 teachers, teachers and supervisors of the English language for basic education (Giza Governorate). The sample of the original study was aimed at answering the questions of the study. The sample was selected in a random stratified way. It consisted of (50) teachers and teachers of the English language, and (30) supervisors and supervisors of the English language in basic education schools (Giza governorate). The study showed that the role of English supervisors in the field of supervisory supervision was in the first rank by 67% with an average of 1.90 and a standard deviation of 3.01. The training courses came in second order with a percentage of 66% (4.84). The field of "class visits" in the third order was 65% with an average of 1.97 and a standard deviation of 3.88. With a mean of (1.98) and a standard deviation (3.69). The field of (directed readings) came in the fifth order with percentage (62%) with mean (1.60) and standard deviation (5.10). The study, also, showed that the role of English supervisors in the field of educational supervision of teachers of English language - from the point of view of educational supervisors - was (average). The mean was 1.88 and the standard deviation was 2.15. Between (1.82-1.91) and the standard deviation between (3.01-4.21). The field of class visit came first with an average of 1.91 and a standard deviation of 4.21. (63%) with an average of 1.88 and a standard deviation of 3.21 In the third order with a percentage (62%) with an average of (1.85) and a standard deviation (3.62). The field of procedural research came in the fourth order with percentage (61%) with an average of 1.84 and a standard deviation of 3.69) (61%) with an average of 1.82 and a standard deviation of 3.01. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers and educational supervisors for the professional performance of the English language teachers in the basic education level in light of the creative supervision skills according to the variables (gender, qualification and years of experience). At the end, there were some recommendations and research proposals. (Author’s abstract)
