تطوير العملية الإدارية برياض الأطفال في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة
The current research aimed to identify the most significant experiences of some developed countries concerning the kindergarten administrative process, to clarify how to make use of them in developing the kindergarten administrative process as well as to diagnose the current reality of the kindergarten administrative process, additionally to provide suggestions for developing this reality. The study followed the descriptive- research methodology. Data Collection tool was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The research sample consisted of (230) kindergarten teachers, Minia Educational Administrations; from the nine centers of Minia Governorate. Findings of the study revealed the following: kindergarten administration process achieved at a low level, as all axes of the questionnaire achieved with a low degree except the, guidance and follow- up Axis, which achieved in a moderate degree. The research sample presented some suggestions to develop administrative process in kindergarten. The research provided some recommendations. (Published abstract)
