The aim of this research is to know the effect of using an interactive electronic book on developing the skill of perception of facial expressions and tone of voice indicating them in kindergarten children with academic learning difficulties 12 children and a girl, and to answer the research questions and verify his hypothesis, the researchers prepared a set of tools, including a list of indicators of the skill of managing facial expressions and tone of voice indicating them, an interactive electronic book, 3 a scale of diagnosing children with non-verbal learning difficulties. The results of the research indicated the effectiveness of the interactive e-book in developing the skill of perception of facial expressions and tone of voice indicated by kindergarten children with academic learning difficulties. The research group concluded the research with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the use of the interactive electronic book to support the educational and educational activities provided to the child, and the use of the e-book in developing individual self-learning and innovative thinking among kindergarten children.
