The current researcher aimed to recognize the efficiency of proposed training program to develop the skills of teaching performance to students are teachers of the Arabic language at the primary stage in light of the requirements of learning with fun, and measure its efficiency in developing the skills of teaching performance , the research tool was in from of questionnaire to find out the training needs of students teachers Arabic to develop the teaching skills in the light of requirements of learning with fun, and comment card to evaluate the teaching performance for students teachers Arabic at the primary stage in light of the requirements of learning with fun. The selected research sample consisted of (24) students teachers to determine the training ,and apply the observation card to them, all of them students of the fourth year teachers of the Arabic language division, faculty of education, matrouh university, the researcher has used descriptive method to design and build the training program, the research tool (Questionnaire to identify the training needs),Experimental method (One group system) to application the researcher experiment, the research tool was applied (remark card) prior on the research sample in order to know the level to their teaching performance, and later to identify the differences between the pre and post-performance of the research tool. The results revealed existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between average scores of student’s Arabic teacher in integration requirements learning for fun in both pre and the post application of remark card to the favor of post application. The results also revealed the effectiveness of training program in developing teaching performance skills of student’s Arabic teacher in the first secondary grade, in the light of integration requirements learning with fun, in the light of results the researcher has presented some recommendation and proposal the most important were: 1) Preparing a training students of Arabic language teachers to use the requirements of learning with pleasure and preparing programs and projects that include the academic and educational aspects that enable him to do that. 2) Urging departments and mentors to provide students with Arabic language teachers the opportunity to use learning requirements for fun in teaching Arabic language courses at the elementary stage.
