تصميم نموذج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات معلمي اللغة العربية لغة ثانية
The study aimed to build a suggested training model for developing Arabic teachers' skills. This model was designed on the basis of structural theory as a cognitive theory. The model was designed after analysis of educational literature and previous studies. The model was presented to a group of specialized specialists in second language education and a group of experts and trainers. The model was reviewed and tuned in the light of their observations. The study presented a set of recommendations which related to expanding the use of the suggested training model to ensure its effectiveness in training and developing skills. (Published abstract)
