دور الجامعة في تنمية الثقافة القانونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس : رؤية مقترحة
The existence of a legal culture has become an obligatory and obligatory matter for university faculty members, especially with regard to both teaching, scientific research and community service. Rather, the matter may reach the point of being an issue of fate and existence linked to the faculty member’s continuation as a disciplined member within the academic community, which is also governed by a number of the preexisting rules. The study also adopted the historical approach to identify the emergence and development of the concept, and the most important societal challenges threatening it, in order to present a proposed vision for upgrading the legal culture of the university faculty members.
