The study aimed to identify the role of distance learning in developing life skills for second-grade students from the mothers' point of view. Early childhood schools in Al-Ahsa Governorate. the results showed that distance learning is the weakest tool to develop interactive skills as the interaction takes place from a distance and not in actual reality. Results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between arithmetic averages of the estimates of the study sample members for the role of distance learning in developing life skills for second-grade students from the mothers’ point of view due to the educational qualification variable on the total score and on all Skills and in favor of the secondary qualification, with the exception of critical thinking skills, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) as the nature of understanding life skills from the mothers’ perspective with University education level differs from the perspective of mothers with secondary school degree who may look at skills that are at an average level as a great skill, unlike mothers with university qualifications who see skills and their nature in greater depth and understanding .study recommended the need to pay attention to the development of life skills for students of second grade of primary Especially with regard to interaction skills, as they are of great importance in building the student's personality in the future and developing their abilities to develop life skills through specialized training programs.
