The aim of this research is to know the role of electronic games in the development of some leadership skills necessary for the kindergarten child from the point of view of the teachers and the research sample consisted of (216) kindergarten teachers, and the descriptive curriculum was used, and the questionnaire tool (designed and prepared by the researcher) was used to see the views of the teachers in this, and the results of the research found: there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average responses of the study sample members to the role of electronic games in the development of leadership skills in the development of leadership skills. The kindergarten stage is due to the variable qualification, experience and sector on all axes, and the researcher reached the most important obstacles faced by teachers in the application of electronic games within the class, including: lack of availability of devices and poor availability of the Internet - lack of time available to follow all students - the large number of students in class - annoy students during the practice of electronic games and recommended several recommendations, including: the need to pay attention to more conduct studies and research that are interested in developing the skills of leadership behavior of the kindergarten child with modern strategies and techniques suitable for the tendencies of the researcher and the child's interests.
