أثر التعلم الإلكتروني على مهارات اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
The current study aimed to investigate the effect of using the e-learning method on the skills of the Arabic and English languages, on a sample of (50) male and female students of the third grade in the preparatory stage at the American International School, their ages ranged from (14-15) years, with a standard deviation of (14.4). They were divided into two groups (control that consisted of 25 male and female students with whom the traditional method was followed in learning), (experimental that consisted of 25 male and female students with whom e-learning was used).the researcher used the semi –experimental curriculum of the two groups (control and experimental) with two measurements (previous and post). He used previous measurement for Arabic and English language skills using an electronic achievement test prepared by a group of teachers specialized in both languages to measure skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening); Then, he applied the post-measurement of Arabic and English language skills to the experimental and control groups. The current study concluded that there are substantial statistically significant differences between the study groups (experimental and control) in the performance on the posttest in favor of the experimental group, as it was found that there are statistically significant differences in the experimental group in the performance of the Arabic and English language skills test (previous and post) in favor of the post test. The study also found the effectiveness of using e-learning to improve Arabic and English language skills (reading-writing-speaking-listening). (Author’s abstract)
