The research aimed to investigate a correlation between the level of digital citizenship and the quality of life among students of the College of Basic Education in Kuwait, the researcher used the descriptive method as a study method and the research sample included (98) male and female students from the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait. The scale was used as a study tool. The researcher found a positive correlation with statistical significance between the level of digital citizenship and the quality of life among students of the College of Basic Education in Kuwait.
