The study aimed to recognize the degree of intellectual capital management practice and its relationship to management creativity in girls' high schools in Hafr sub-governorate, and to reveal the impact of scientific qualification variables and years of experience in sample answers. The researcher used the correlative survey descriptive curriculum and identification as a tool consisting of 43 phrases; Distributed to a stratified random sample; 288 government secondary school teachers in Hafr Al-Batin governorate, data analyzed using the SPSS program; The results showed that the degree to which intellectual capital management was practised in girls' secondary schools in Hafr sub-governorate from the point of view of female teachers; It came with an average (3.50), with a (high) practice, and at dimensional level; Organizational capital received the highest averages (3.57), relationship capital averaged (3.52), and third: humankind averaged (3.42), all with (high) practice. The axis (level of managerial creativity) also received an average (3.41), a level (high), and at the sub dimensional level, the flexibility dimension received the highest average (3.49), then fluency (3.46), and the third: sensitivity to problems (3.43), all at a level (high), and the fourth dimension of authenticity at an average (3.27), and (average). The results also showed statistically significant differences between the sample's averages at (α≤0.05); At the macro-level of the focal points and in all dimensions; attributable to the scientific qualification variable, to the benefit of (bachelor's and lower), the absence of statistically significant differences at the macro level of the focal points and in all dimensions attributable to the variable years of experience, with the exception of the dimension (human capital management) and to the benefit of the experienced (less than five years). Finally, Identification of a positive expulsion relationship; Reached (0.93) and means (very strong) between the practice of intellectual capital management and the level of managerial creativity, based on results. The researcher recommended the development of intellectual capital management practices; Training and workshops, supporting administrative creativity; Investing in intellectual capital as a source of creativity and innovation, in addition; proposals for future studies on the topic.
