The aim of this study is to know The Effectiveness of a training program based on digital learning strategies in developing twenty-first century skills and understanding nature of scientific title among science teachers at the primary stage. The experimental method with a single group of Pre- and Post- measurements was used, and the study sample consisted of 45 female science teachers at the primary stage in Madinah. The training program and study tools, Pre and Post, were applied on it, which consist of a measure of twenty-first century skills for science teachers at the primary stage and a test of understanding the nature of scientific enterprise after ensuring their validity and reliability. To test the validity of the hypotheses, the data were treated using frequencies, percentages, arithmetic averages, t-test for related samples, and Cohn's (d) coefficient to measure the effect size. And the study reached to the following Results: There are statistically significant differences between the degrees of the pre-application and the degrees of the post-application on the twenty-first century skills scale. As well as in the test of understanding nature of scientific enterprise in favor of post-application, and the impact of training program was moderate in developing the skills of the twenty-first century and the nature of scientific enterprise, Where the value of Cohen's (d) coefficient was (0.54 and 0.57), respectively, which confirms the effectiveness of the training program , the Study Recommends Holding more training courses for female teachers in general and science teachers in particular to keep pace with modern educational trends.
