النموذج المؤثر والمتوازن : نموذج تعليمي وأثره على الطالب والمعلم
Instructional models are used to achieve educational goals with research-based strategies. The purpose of this action research is to present an educational model called (the influential and balanced model) that aims to influence the students’ personality and education, applying the skills of the 21st century and considering the emotional aspect. This will be during lessons in four matters: building values and directing feelings, building the 21st century thinking skills, and the 21st century practical skills, and building Social-emotional intelligence skills. The model was developed in one academic year by the researcher. The study tested the model in slideshows (PowerPoint) prepared in a thoughtful scientific arrangement and empty of content to use in preparing teachers’ lessons. The study used action research mothed and implemented the model by a sample of six teachers and interviewed them after that. The results indicate that the model has clear and rapid positive effects on students and teachers. For students, the model had a major role in raising the level of achieving the educational goals of the lessons, also increased the desire to learn and the interaction of students inside and outside the classroom. For teachers, the results indicated that the model increased the level of lesson’s arrangement professionally. It helped raise teachers’ analytical perspective level of lessons, which helped in choosing appropriate methods to achieve the lesson's purpose. In addition, it helped raise the teachers’ attention to focus on developing 21st century skills and feeling their importance. (Author’s abstract)
