درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة الموثوقة لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة حائل
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the dimensions of authentic leadership among female principals of general education schools in Hail from their point of view and to reveal statistically significant differences about that due to the study variable(number of years of service, educational qualification, educational stage).To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive survey method was used, and the study population was identified, represented by all 212 female principals of general education schools in Hail. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, where the response after distributing the questionnaire was 212 (100%).The results showed that the arithmetic mean of the availability of the dimensions of Authentic leadership(self-awareness, ethical behavior perspective, balanced processing, transparency of relationships)among female principals of general education schools in Hail from their point of view was(4.47out of 5.00)with a standard deviation of(0.609),with a very high degree of availability. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of the dimensions of authentic leadership among the female principals of general education schools in Hail, which is attributed to the study variable of educational qualification, while there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the study variables of educational stage and number of years of service.
