الصعوبات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة تدريس جامعة جدارا في نشر البحوث العلمية من وجهة نظرهم
The study aimed to identify the difficulties that face the faculty members of Jadara University in publishing scientific research from their point of view. The sample was chosen randomly, and its number was (60) faculty members. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach in a survey method, and developed a questionnaire based on theoretical literature and related studies, and it contained (18) items divided into three areas: procedural difficulties, material difficulties, personal difficulties) and to answer the questions of the study, the researchers used arithmetic averages, percentages, standard deviation and t-test. With an arithmetic mean (3.19) and a medium degree, and "personal difficulties" came in the last rank with an arithmetic average (2.94) and a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences attributed to gender in favor of gender. The researchers recommended: seeking to establish specialized bodies to fund research and researchers, holding seminars and workshops on publishing mechanisms for scientific journals, the value of publishing in global publishing rules, and conducting more research and studies related to the difficulties of publishing scientific research on other samples not covered by the research.
