This research aims at identifying the effect of using traditional raw materials using non-traditional plastic techniques in enriching the plastic expression in a sample of students of the Department of Art Education at King Saud University in the course of plastic photography. The results showed that the average score of the post-measurement students in the observation card is (8.66), which is greater than the average score of the students of tribal measurement in observation card (4.62), and the calculated value of (11.861) (2.262) at the degree of freedom (9) which is a function value at a level of significance less than (0.05), indicating a positive effect of the use of traditional raw materials by non-traditional techniques in enriching the plastic expression, allowing the student fluency and flexibility in the work of art, and creativity in the expression of feelings and emotions and reflections of ideas in the art painting using raw materials Variety, this research is recommended in light of the results reached. The study recommended the establishment of a laboratory in the Department of Art Education with the appropriate tools and equipment, so that students can experiment with the use of many raw materials, and the creation of new and unconventional techniques.
