This study aims to explore the opinions and attitudes of Arab Open University students about electronic exams. The study adopted the descriptive approach. A sample of 126 students who studied two courses (ed347) (ed349) in year 2019, the researcher used a questionnaire, that consists of two parts. The first part includes 29 items, and the second part consists of seven open questions that enable students to comment and add information related to electronic exams. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified. Results showed that students have positive attitudes towards regulatory issues about electronic exams. Also, participants indicted that the content is appropriate. There were no significant differences in students’ attitudes related to the academic year. The study recommended continuing to adopt electronic exams to assess students’ achievement. (Published abstract)
