The purpose of this study is to use the Latent Class Analysis Model to identify the thinking styles of students enrolled in the College of Education according to Harrison and Bramson’s theory (1982). A sample of 418 students from the College of Education enrolled in the summer semester of 2018-2019 was selected. Harrison and Bramson’s tool, which was standardized on the Arabic culture by (Habib,1995), was administered. Results revealed three latent groups. The first group was characterized by the analytical trait and ranked second with 31.9%. The second group was characterized by the ideal trait and ranked first with 45%. The third group was characterized by the realistic-practical trait and ranked third with 22.6%. Findings, based on the standardized residuals, indicated that the three groups were homogenous in the academic degree even though Chi-Square was significant, an indication that there is a relationship between the academic degree and the three groups derived from the latent group analysis.
