The study aims to determine the degree of commitment of the school principals of public education schools in the Ahmadi Educational Zone in the State of Kuwait to the ethics of the profession. The sample of the study consisted of (900) teachers in the public education. A tool of 40 items was designed to measure the ethics of the school principals. Results revealed that the teachers' assessment of the commitment of the school heads in the Ahmadi Educational Zone to the ethics of the profession was high. Results also revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample on their assessment of the degree of commitment of school principals to the ethics of the profession according to the gender variable in favor of males, and according to the age variable in favor of the average age group 26 years or less, and the academic qualification variable in favor of the average of those with less than a university qualification level, and finally the variable of the number of years of experience in favor of the teachers with minor experience 5 years or less.
