The aim of the study was to investigate the adoption of competitive strategies in achieving the competitive advantage of the programs of Minia University colleges. The study found that the competitive advantage of special programs stems from the impact of the organizational environment of the university at the level of the student, faculty member, employee, and college affiliated with it. The study was based on the fact that the adoption and implementation of the principles of Michael Porter's competitive strategy (cost, differentiation, concentration) is a vital prerequisite for achieving the competitive advantage of the programs of Minia University colleges. The study followed the analytical descriptive methodology by reviewing the theoretical literature, and adopting the experience of the programs of the colleges of Minia University is applied because it has a unique and pioneer experience in the field of non-traditional programs (the information technology program in the Faculty of Science, the preparation of teachers of science and mathematics in English at the Faculty of Education, the clinical pharmacy program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, the program of mechatronics and industrial robotics at the Faculty of Engineering . theoretical results. There is a strong correlation between the adoption of competitive strategies for the organizational environment in Minia University colleges and the achievement of special programs by competitive advantage by providing a distinct educational regulatory environment, supporting the faculty members with the required performance, educational support for diversity. In light of this, the study presented a proposed strategy to achieve the competitive advantage of the programs of Minia University colleges within the framework of the supporting organizational environment in light of Michael Porter's three strategies (cost, differentiation, concentration).
