This study was conducted in the city of N'Djamena in the year 2021 with the aim of identifying the role of the Arabic language in the development of literacy management in the period between (2000-2020). The most important findings of the study: 1) That the Arabic language has an effective role in developing the administration of literacy, and this was evident from the directives and .objectives of the administration's centers. 2) The Arabic language contributed to the development of literacy management through the content of specialized curricula for literacy .management. 3) According to previous studies and depending on the researcher's personal experiences, it became clear that there is an increase in the percentage of educational awareness in the field of writing, reading, arithmetic and education in general. 4) The Arabic language contributed to the promotion and development of the religious faith through the established curriculum, especially in the field of religious transactions and worship. 5) There has been a renewal in the curricula of literacy courses, and there is the addition of modern means to assist in the delivery of information.
