After a review of previous studies that have touched Abajt variables, especially in the field of education formulated the following general hypothesis: There is a relationship between job stress and job satisfaction for teachers Algerian educational institution selected. As formulated in the light of two hypotheses Dziitan, namely: 1) There is a relationship between sub-sources of work stress among teachers and pressure them in the total public educational institutions Algerian selected. 2) There is a relationship between the sub-factors of job satisfaction among teachers and overall satisfaction with their educational institutions in the Algerian selected to investigate these hypotheses has been to rely on the comprehensive inventory of the research community: school teachers Eldep Owainat and away from the seat of the mandate of Tebessa from the East, 60 km. Where outcome was reached in general indicate a negative correlation between the medium pressure of work and job satisfaction for teachers in Eldep Owainat field of study and reached to the value: (= R 0,52 -) correlation coefficient of Spearman Alretbi. In the light of this finding confirmed results of the latest identified, are: 1) There is a relational medium positive correlation between job stress and lack of job satisfaction for teachers in these institutions, the study has value to the (R = 0.60) correlation coefficient of Spearman Alretbi. 2) That the overall level on the cumulative work stress for teachers of this Alaptdaiyat according to eight dimensions Almkhanarp According to the research community user arrived at the percentage (66.66%), a greater proportion of 50%, which reveal a considerable influence on the pressure of teachers employed in these schools. 3) That the overall level on the job satisfaction of the total school this Alaptdaiyat according to the dimensions of the eight Almkhanarp According to the research community the user is estimated at 36.85%, which is less than (50%), they reflect a lack of job satisfaction among the staff of these institutions. And confirms this is the percentage of dissatisfaction the corresponding year career, which is estimated at 51.61%, which is greater than (50%) are expressing dissatisfaction with the resulting overall factors of the previous eight.
