In the article entitled “Communication plan for the education and training sector: A Strategy for Rehabilitation of Academies, the Case of Marrakech-Safi Regional Academy of Education and Training ” We addressed the problem of the absence of a communication plan as a written document within the Academy and its impact on the operations programmed in its annual work plan. We also diagnosed the communicative situation of the headquarters of Marrakech-Safi region Academy, highlighting the relationship between planning and communication, as well as showing the most important means adopted in the field of internal and external communication and identifying its relationship with its external environment and how it communicates with it. We also worked on identifying the constraints that hinder the achievement of the study institution communicative goals and produced a communication plan that takes into account all the constraints that hinder the success of the goals set in the annual work plan for the Marrakesh-Safi region academy.
