Educational supervision aims to provide a specialized service that aims to improve the teacher by providing the best teaching and learning conditions that enable him to contribute to the educational process by performing his role effectively. It is a technical service that aims primarily to improve the educational performance of the teacher, by urging and motivating him to self-development, and strengthening the bonds between him and his colleagues, which benefits the teacher and the student, and leads to the clarification of the objectives of education for both. The supervision process needs continuous renewal and development in line with the needs and objectives of education, and consequently with the various needs of society. This requires the supervisor to work diligently to develop the potential of the teacher, and to constantly strive to develop his information and help him enlighten the way for him to grow in his profession while constantly motivating him to give in order to improve the teacher’s educational performance. It shows us the great impact that the supervisor leaves in helping the teacher to succeed in his profession and support him to overcome difficulties and troubles, which is reflected in an improvement in his educational performance by refining his educational competencies, which makes him a leader in his class, holding the reins to achieve the goals of education, based on the achievement of his desired goals in each Class. However, this requires the supervisor to adopt supervisory methods that contribute to achieving this in line with the objectives of education. (Published abstract)
