The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the virtual classroom in developing the electronic educational skills of female student teachers at the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University of Gaza. The researcher used the constructivist and experimental approaches to build the training program based on the virtual classroom within the Moodle environment, and to measure the differences in the level of the study sample’s possession of electronic skills, which consisted of (35 female teachers) before and after the application, the researcher used to measure the level of possession of electronic educational skills among female students a before and after note card. The study found statistically significant differences at α ≤ 0.05 between the mean possession of female teachers in the study group before and after the experiment in favor of the post application. The study recommended the use of virtual classrooms in training student teachers at the Palestinian University because of their impact and effectiveness in teaching, as well as their motivation towards learning.
