ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات في مدينة بريدة
The study aimed to determine the scale of practicing of organizational justice among the headmasters of kindergarten schools in Buraidah from the opinion of the teachers and discover the statistically significant differences that are due to the variable (years of experience - specialization - qualification - type of school). To achieve the objectives, the study adopted the descriptive correlative approach. The study sample consisted of (210) female teachers. The scale of organizational justice will be used, which was designed by (Alkhadher & Gadelrab, 2016) based on the Colquitt scale. Among the most important results of the study: 1) The scale of practicing of governmental and private kindergarten principals of distributive, procedural, informational justice in the city of Buraidah from the teachers' point of view among the above category are moderate while practicing of transactional justice is high, 2) there is no statistically significant differences that are due to mentioned variables, 3) and there is statistically significant difference in practicing organizational justice due to school type in favor of government school teachers.
