Educational institutions have witnessed major transformations in the technological field, as a result of the information and communications technology, which is why the importance of having an electronic control system that matches these technological transformations has emerged. The traditional control methods and features are no longer appropriate as they were during the past periods of time, especially in light of the emergence of sudden crises (such as the spread of global epidemics such as the Corona virus). From this point of view, this study came to shed light on electronic control in terms of concept, importance and challenges and how it can be applied in educational institutions. Electronic censorship has emerged in the scientific literature through what has been produced by successive technological revolutions, especially communication and information technology, The most important of these is its integration into administrative work environments. With the emergence of crises (such as the spread of global epidemics such as the Corona virus), such technology should be adopted, and many literatures have emerged that promote the integration of this technology into administrative work environments, and therefore this study is considered with its theoretical basis for developing the perspective of using electronic control in educational institutions as an entry point for crisis management. The study reviewed the concept of electronic control and identified some of its challenges. As well as its characteristics and advantages. Given the acceleration of the technological revolution with the emergence of many different crises, there will be an urgent demand for educational institutions to adopt such developments in the field of administrative work in response to those crises. The study concluded by presenting a proposed vision for the adoption of electronic control in educational institutions Especially in times of crisis - the spread of the Corona virus epidemic as a model.
