The study aimed to identify the reality of using the Madrasati platform in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of social studies teachers in Jeddah. The researcher used the descriptive approach and prepared a two-axis questionnaire that was distributed electronically to a sample of 539 social studies teachers who teaches on the My School platform In all three stages (elementary, intermediate, and secondary) they were chosen by the random stratified method, and the results showed that the reality of using the platform from the sample point of view is the effectiveness of the platform in teaching and learning, with an average of 2.64. Moreover, the teachers reported that (it has proven its effectiveness against all expectations) and the phrase (The Ministry has continued providing technical support to ensure the progress of the educational process on the Madrasati platform) gained 76.4%, and the percentage of those who agreed on the positives of the platform were 65.7%, while the percentage of those who agreed to the negatives were 54.96%, and among the most important advantages reported by the teachers by 90.5% (that it helps in developing the skill of using Technology among female teachers)followed by the phrase (distance education led to the development of self-learning skill among teachers (YouTube, blogs) by 85.2%, while the negatives were The phrase (teachers are forced to re-create some duties because they do not appear to students) at 64.9%, followed by the phrase (the presence of the teacher’s civil registry number on the platform) at 58.8%. The researcher recommended the need to improve and develop the Madrasati platform. (Author’s abstract)
