The aim of the research is to: Identify the extent to which female teachers employ technological innovations in teaching, the extent to which female teachers are able to deal with technological innovations, and the effect of employing female teachers of technological innovations in teaching on the students' academic achievement, according to the variables of the research community in terms of: qualification, specialization, years of experience. In the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and the questionnaire consisted of three axes, the first is educational technology, the second is the quality of technology, and the third axis is the use of technological innovations. The research community consisted of the teachers of the second cycle schools, and they were (47) teachers. (Author’s abstract)
