The study aimed to study the requirements of intellectual capital development in secondary education on the requirements of the knowledge society, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the research sample consisted of (599) teachers from the general secondary stage teachers in the Red Sea Educational Directorate, in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information. The results of the study reached a community of intellectual capital development in all areas related to the development of intellectual capital, and the existence of differences regarding years of experience in favor of years of experience. From 5 - from 10 years and more than 10 years compared to years of experience less than 5 years. (Published abstract)
