The current researcher aimed to identify the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral counseling program using origami to reduce anxiety for children with cancer, and the continuation of this effectiveness. The study is based on a quasi-experimental method to design One group to the sample of the study which consists of (8) children Of children with cancer in its first and second stages from the Burj Al Arab University Tumor Center attending public and official schools, between the ages (12:9) years with mean age (10.50) and SD (1.41) years. The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral counseling program using origami (independent variable) to reduce anxiety (dependent variable) for children with cancer, the researcher applied the researcher tools represented in: anxiety scale (Prepared by the researcher), and cognitive behavioral counseling program using origami (Prepared by the researcher). The results of the researcher revealed that: There are statistically significant differences between means of the children' scores of the experimental group on the pre-/post tests of the anxiety scale, towards post test, and there are no Statistically significant differences between means of the children' scores of the experimental group on the post test and the following-up test of the anxiety scale.
