The current study aimed to reveal the impact of the emotional intelligence development program for the hard of hearing on social communication skills and anger management. The researcher used the quasi-experimental method for its relevance to the research. The research sample consisted of (20) students from Al-Amal School for the deaf and hard of hearing in Menouf, (10) males (10) females from adolescence (20:14 years) and the sample was divided into two experimental groups. (10) students (5) males (5) females to whom the program consisting of (18) sessions is applied, two sessions per week for two months and a week, and a control group consisting of (10) students (5) males (5) females. The study tools were represented in a scale. The emotional intelligence of the Bar-On scale for children and youth, the social communication skills scale, the anger scale and the program sessions. Statistically significant between the post test of the experimental group and the post test of the control group on the emotional intelligence scale, on the social communication skills scale, and on the anger scale in favor of the experimental group, and there are no statistically significant differences between the post and follow-up test for the group Based on the results reached by the researcher through his current study, he reached several recommendations, including the need to implement programs to develop emotional intelligence for the hearing impaired because of its significant and important impact on their working lives and ways of social communication Managing their emotions, especially anger.
