The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of acceleration and sedation programs in developing the performance of executive functions and reduce of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among gifted with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity of fifth grade students. To achieve this goal, a quasi-experimental research method was used, and a sample of 24 gifted students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, the sample was divided into two equal groups, experimental group of 12 students, and a control group of 12 students, verifying that the two groups are equal in age, intelligence level, executive functions and attention deficit hyperactivity, Research tools: colored sequential matrix scale, innovative thinking scale, school achievement scores, executive functions scale, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) scale (prepared by the two researchers), and the development of the Enrichment and Acceleration Program for the Gifted. The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group for the dimensions of the executive function scale and the total score in favor of the post measurement, and there are statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the post measurement of the dimensions of the ADHD scale and total score in terms of reduced attention deficit with Hyperactivity in favor of the experimental group. The research recommended taking into account individual differences, treating each student according to his level of achievement, and bringing him to the level expected of him in light of his own capabilities.
