ترشيد ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية بالتعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر : تدابير تنظيمية مقترحة
The current research is based on achieving a number of objectives, the most important of which is identifying the causes and motives behind the spread of the phenomenon of private lessons, identifying the most important negative effects resulting from it, in addition to reviewing the most prominent experiences of some countries in the world in this field. The research relied on the descriptive method and the expert questionnaire tool, which was prepared in light of a number of previous studies and the literature of the theoretical framework of the research. The research sample included (46) experts from university professors and educational researchers to seek their views on the measures necessary to rationalize the phenomenon of private lessons in preuniversity education in Egypt. The most important results indicated a number of measures, including the following: 1) Administrative measures, including: the application of the percentage of spending on education stipulated in the constitution, the restructuring of the system of wages and incentives for teachers, the improvement of the regulations for economic, and the review of discipline regulations for students and teacher. 2) Educational measures include: improving the readiness and attractiveness of the educational environment for students, developing educational curricula according to international quality standards, building programs for the gifted and talented that are compatible with their abilities, in addition to providing remedial programs for students with poor achievement, besides the focus on acquiring the skills of the twenty-first century, and the need to reform the evaluation system in preuniversity education. 3) Societal measures, including: changing the culture of society around the so-called summit colleges, the application of research results related to treating this phenomenon, in addition to cooperation with research centers and colleges of education in treating this phenomenon.
