The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a teaching model based on the aesthetic approach in teaching the micro-teaching course to develop achievement and psychological well-being for the student psychology teacher. To achieve this, a proposed teaching model was prepared based on the aesthetic approach and the psychological well-being scale. The model was taught to a group of students of the second year, the Educational Psychology Department, at the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, whose number reached, and after applying the measurement tools before and after and conducting statistical treatments, the results resulted in the effectiveness of the teaching model based on the aesthetic approach in teaching the micro-teaching course in developing the achievement and psychological well-being skills of the student, the psychology teacher.
