The aim of this study is to monitor the reasons that lead teachers to leave the teaching profession and to identify the existence of a statistical function related to the reasons that lead teachers to migrate the teaching profession due to the variable (gender, experience, qualifications and specialization). In addition to monitoring the effects of teachers' How to keep teachers and keep them within the teaching profession and attract beginners to them. The study was based on the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of two axes was constructed. The study ended with a number of results: 1) In terms of the reasons for the leakage of teachers from the teaching profession: The lack of incentives encouraging both financial incentives or functional, and the equality between the creative teacher and distinguished with the ordinary teacher, and the short pension received by the teacher after retirement, in addition to the apparent disparity between the hopes of the teacher and his ambitions at the beginning of work After the exercise of work, and the frequent stress of the teaching profession as a difficult profession, in addition to distorting the image of the teacher in the media, and the lack of equality in the distribution of teachers on educational areas and schools, and the treatment of parents with teachers. 2) To increase the teachers' salaries and pensions, to diversify incentives and allowances to attract them to the teaching profession, to sustain support for teachers to develop their teaching performance, and to develop mechanisms for teacher communication. With the parents to maintain his position, with the need to involve the teacher in the decision-making within the school, in addition to providing the necessary educational materials for teachers to accomplish their duties within the classroom. 3) There is no relationship with a statistical function related to the reasons that lead teachers to the migration of the teaching profession attributed to the variable (gender, experience, qualification and specialization).
