متطلبات تطبيق استراتيجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر في المدارس المتوسطة بمحافظة حفر الباطن : دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من المعلمين

The current study attempts to reveal the administrative, material, human, and technical requirements necessary to implement the Kaizen strategy for continuous improvement in Intermediate schools in Hafr Al Batin from the views of the teachers of these schools, through the use of the descriptive approach, and using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the study sample, the number of its members are (231) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the percentage of interest of Intermediate school teachers in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate and their awareness of requirements for Implementing the Kaizen Strategy for Continuous Improvement came to a high degree, where the arithmetic mean of individuals’ responses to these the requirements are (4.05). The administrative requirements ranked first in terms of the awareness of the sample members of the importance of their application, and the positivity of their attitudes towards it with an arithmetic mean (4.15) and a standard deviation (0.911), followed by human requirements with an arithmetic mean (3.99), and a standard deviation (0.891), then the technical requirements with an arithmetic mean (3.98) and a standard deviation (0.859), followed by the material requirements with an mean (3.91), a standard deviation (0.825), and a statistically significant difference in the responses of the study sample individuals on (requirements - obstacles) applying the Kaizen strategy for continuous improvement in Intermediate schools in Hafr Al- Batin Governorate According to the variable (gender) in favor of females, the mean of the arithmetic mean for female responses in the two axes (3.74 and 3.82), respectively, and there are statistically significant differences in the answers of the members of the study sample about (requirements - obstacles) applying the Kaizen strategy for continuous improvement in Intermediate schools Governorate of Hafr Al Batin according to the variable (the academic qualification) in favor of those who have an educational qualification, where the value of the arithmetic mean for the responses of those with an educational qualification from the members of the study sample in the two axes (4.06 and 3.84), respectively, and there are no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the study sample estimates on these two axes are attributed to the number of years of service variable.
