The study aims to discovering the correlated relationship between Psychological Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Professional Commitment for teachers sample, and discovering the difference of Psychological Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Professional Commitment according to the demographic variables. The study sample includes (226) from teachers from ages between (22-59), the study tools: psychological empowerment scale, job satisfaction scale and professional commitment scale. Results of the study: there are appositive relationship between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction, and are appositive relationship between psychological empowerment and professional commitment. There are no statistical difference in psychological empowerment according to the different of gender. There are statistical difference in job satisfaction according to the different of gender in the direction of female. There are statistical difference in professional commitment according to the different of gender in the direction of male. There are statistical differences in the experience groups about Psychological Empowerment, job satisfaction and professional commitment degree, in the direction of experience more than 20 years.
