The study aimed to identify the reality of the female teachers of art education performance at the intermediate level in the light of educational supervision standards. The descriptive methodology has used to assist the female teachers of art education performance. An observation chick list has built based on the educational supervision standards. The observation chick list was applied her study on a sample of (71) art education female teachers during the first semester of academic year (1440-1441). The study revealed that the personal characteristics' and job performance standard have achieved the high ranks. Also the study results revealed that there aren't any statistical differences among the female teachers of art education performance due to the academic qualification, but there are statistical differences among the female teachers of art education performance due to the number of experience years in favor of (10 years and more).
